The Historic Port Royal Foundation is proud to present the First Annual Dr. Lawrence S. Rowland Lecture Series. Dr. Larry Rowland, an advisor to the Historic Port Royal Foundation, has graciously agreed to honor us with the use of his name on our lecture series.
